Current Menu: Spring

“Spring is as wild and beautiful of a season here in the Willamette Valley as you can imagine any destination in the world to be. What begins as a cellar brimming with an abundance of endless possibility is now nearly empty, awaiting its next trip around the sun. Our eagerness for the bright beautiful colors of the season and the very first harvest in the fields fulfills unsung joy for the guests and our team after many months of planning. The appearance of glimmering lilacs and falling petals, the first of the hyssop and strawberry blossoms, that in a few short weeks, will make their dramatic showcase. The Spring ōkta Menu is your chance to experience the unique alchemy of spring in the Willamette Valley.

The menu is $295 per guest, with our standard wine pairing offered at $190 per guest. We also offer a non alcoholic wine pairing at $115 per guest. View an example of our wine list here. Seatings in the dining room begin at 5pm Wednesday through Sunday. We include an automatic 20% service charge.

We now offer a nightly cellar tasting menu—a glimpse of the full menu—at 5-6 courses. The cellar tasting menu is $175 per guest, with a wine pairing offered at $155 per guest and a non-alcoholic wine pairing at $85 per guest. Reservations for the cellar tasting menu can be made here or by calling our reservations team at 503-376-5353. The Cellar at ōkta is open 5-10pm Wednesday through Sunday.

We welcome you into our home to experience the Willamette Valley for any of your special event needs. From birthday celebrations to client retreats, ōkta offers two different large party options - a full property buyout or a semi-private dining room tasting. For parties larger than five, please contact our Guest Relations team at info@oktaoregon.com.

All Tributary Hotel guests are guaranteed dinner reservations at ōkta on the night/s of their stay. If you're not able to book a dining reservation for the night you'd like to join us, and have the desire to stay with us for that evening, please inquire about hotel availability by contacting hotel reservations directly at (503) 376-5200.

Allergies & Restrictions

We are currently able to offer the following menu accommodations: Vegetarian, No Meat: Vegetable Substitute, No Seafood: Vegetable Substitute, No Raw or Undercooked Ingredients: Vegetable Substitute.

Corkage Fees

Our corkage fee is $75 per 750mL bottle of wine, maximum of two (2) bottles, for offerings not currently on our wine list.

Are children allowed to dine?

Due to the intimate size of our dining room, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 at dinner.

Dress Code

We do not have a dress code. All guests are invited to come as you are.
